The Danish Energy Agency Personalkantine in Esbjerg contains only a metrics kitchen, which is why the supplier decentralized to produce and deliver to the Energy Agency's address.

In addition to operating canteen for the Danish Energy Agency's staff, the task includes delivery of meeting services and servicing at events. Canteen operation is desired with a reasonable degree of ecology. The upcoming supplier must be able to deliver high quality meals. The vision is to ensure tasty and varied everyday food prepared by fresh produce of high quality. There is a focus on use of good raw materials and utilization of seasonal seasonal goods.
