Description:
Egedal Municipality provides operation and maintenance of sports facilities in Sm0rum. The tendered task is a contract out, as the operation of the areas is currently handled by Egedal Municipality. Egedal Municipality does not issue control bids. There will be no employees to be transferred. The task includes operation, green spaceand cleaning of sports areas at Sm0rum ball club corresponding to a total area of approx. 91,600 m2. The work area includes artificial grass pitches, grass pitches used for ball games, different types of surfaces, other grass areas, hedges, wire fences, trees and various fixtures.primarily for condition requirements. Condition requirements are understood to mean that the task is solved at the tenderer's own initiative, so that the set quality level is met at all times. The selected condition requirements appear in Appendix 2 Elements, quantities and condition level and refer to Appendix 1 Quality and sservice level describes where the quality and service level descriptions for the elements covered by the task appear. All service level descriptions appear in Appendix 1 on a scale from 1-5. The tenderer can form an overview of which tasks are covered by the tender by looking at section 2.2 The tendered task and Appendix 2, which contains a map of the area, as well as an overview of elements, quantities and the selected condition levels that must be fulfilled.
