Description:
DR's current framework agreements on computers expire at the end of 2025, which is why DR wants to enter into new framework agreements for the next 2 years with the possibility of extension for up to 2 years. This offer does not include IT accessories, tablets, Apple computers, service or resale/recycling as these areas are offeredotherwise or is covered by existing agreements.
DR intends to enter into a framework agreement with two independent sub -agreements that act as independent framework agreements:
• Sub -Agreement 1: Framework Agreement on Purchase of Administrative Computers
• Sub -Agreement 2: Framework Agreement on Purchase of Production Computers
BothFramework agreements include a number of specified models and purchases as well as other configurations of the same models.
The framework agreements are both wanted to be concluded for a 2-year period with the possibility of extension of twice 12 months.
After the conclusion of the framework agreement, orders will be awarded by simple orderat the selected supplier on the terms laid down in the framework agreement and associated appendices. 1000 administrative computers annually as well as original accessories in the form of mice, keyboard and power supply.
DR acquiresPart of its total shopping volume via skis. The mentioned acquisitions apply to specific product categories and makes that are not covered by the framework agreement.
