Description: City of Copenhagen, engineering and environmental management, the building renewal unit (hereinafter "building renewal") provides hereby framework agreement on:
1stergic labeling of up to 200 residential floor properties, which in advance lack energy mark or have energy marks E, F or G which is more than two years old. The properties are recruited for the scheme of building renewal. As part of the energy labeling, a separate account must be prepared for the heat of the heat booth.

2. A higher technical and economic account of up to 100 of these properties appointed by the building renewal. The statement must describe in detail and price relevant concrete energy renovation initiatives. Furthermore, concrete proposals must be set up for the financing of these initiatives, and manufactured material that can be used to apply for support for the energy renovation project at the municipality's building renovation pool.
