Tender of total consultancy - Renovation of Local Center Dept. 55
AAB dept. 55, hereby offers the task of Total Consulting in connection with the demolition of the existing Local Center in AAB dept. 55 and the establishment of a new one within the existing plinth which is reused. The taskinvolves both landscape treatment of the immediate vicinity of the centre, renovation of the center and handling of the users throughout the process. The local center is an important place for the department. This is where the residents can turn to, take care of practical tasks and gather for events and activitieslarge or small gatherings. In the future, the center would like to signal more conspicuously that it is this gathering place for people of many different ages and cultures, and which can host many different initiatives in a more inviting way. See appendix 1a-c for Resident conditions.
The assignment includes Total counselingng (architect, engineering and landscape architect services), including review of basic material, handling of technical studies, development, adjustments, design, tendering, process management until a contractor is found, professional supervision, delivery, project follow-up, 1-year review and resident mock-updtering everything according to ABR 18.
The local center, which is to be renovated, is located at Strandgarden 11-15 and 19-21.
The center consists of 5 low buildings with a partial basement and a banquet hall, which is located in a cluster around a courtyard, which they share with the kindergarten Femkanten.
