Description:
The tender relates to statutory auditing and consultancy. Statutory audit sustainability declaration, advice on ESG reporting and CSRD, as well as other advice, including tax, VAT and charges. There will also be a need for further advice to varying extents within other related areasis. Examples of fixed tasks under the agreement: • Audit of the annual accounts for Aarhus Vand A/S and consolidated accounts • Audit of the annual accounts of Aarhus Vand Forsyning A/S • Audit of the annual accounts of Aarhus Vand Kommerciel A/S • Audit of the annual accounts of Aarhus Vand Ressource A /S • Presentationion and review of the audit protocol for the board of directors of Aarhus Vand A/S • Declaration according to BEK no. 1297 of 15/12 2008 applicable to Aarhus Vand A/S' water, electricity and heating activity (stop law declaration) • Auditor's declaration regarding associated activity • Auditor's declaration for Economic framework for water andwaste water area • Declaration in accordance with section 21, subsection of the Heat Supply Act. 1 (price verification) • Revision of the annual accounts for the Water Plan Committee in Aarhus Municipality • Revision of the annual accounts for the Association VeVa • Calculation of joint taxation, as well as preparation of appendices for tax returns and reportsreporting to SKAT for the Aarhus Vand A/S group • Auditor's report on subsidy projects, approx. 5-10 pcs. per year
