Description:
Fredensborg Municipality offers a Contract for the execution of a statutory audit consisting of a financial audit, a legal-critical audit and an ongoing management audit - as well as supplementary audit services. The audit task must be carried out in accordance with Section 42 of the Norwegian Government Act and good public auditingcustomary practice on the basis of the Municipality's Handbook on financial management, as well as applicable auditing standards to the extent that these are applicable to the task. The audit includes all accounts and accounting areas that belong to the Municipality. Accounting and auditing must be carried out in certain areas withinThe areas of responsibility of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Housing and the Elderly, the Ministry of Employment, the Ministry of Immigration and Integration, the Ministry of Children and Education and the Ministry of the Interior and Health, as well as IT auditing. The tendered Contract contains both audit-related consultancy services covered by themt fixed remuneration as an option for the purchase of special supplementary consultancy services on an hourly basis. The Supplier is obliged to and responsible for the Supplier's Services complying with the directives, laws, executive orders, authority requirements, public orders, regulations and variousstandards both at the time of entering into the Contract and throughout the entire agreement period. The supplier must have authorization according to the Auditors Act, Legislative Decree 2022-08-31 no. 1219 on approved auditors and audit companies.
