- The ordering party wishes to enter into a contract for the supply of 28 factory-new and fully-built waste disposal vehicles with a compactor unit (2-chamber), supply of spare parts for these as well as servicing and repair of the waste disposal vehicles for a period of 8 years. The orderer's purchases cover recycling vehicles in the weight classes max 14 tonnes, 18 tonnes and 26 tonnes. For waste disposal vehicles up to 14 tonnes, it applies that they may preferably have a lower total weight than 14 tonnes, but that they simply must not be larger.
In addition, the contract contains options on purchase of a further up to 16 waste disposal vehicles, summer and winter tires and hourly services for repairs not covered by chassis and compression unit service agreement.
Each waste disposal vehicle must be delivered as a complete and functional unit whole at the customer's location.
The customer needs either genuine and/or fake 2-chamber compaction unit with distribution 60% for residual waste on the left side and 40% for food waste on the right side.
The customer needs a genuine 2-chamber compaction unit with a distribution of 60% Paper/small cardboard and 40% Glass/Metal 40%.
