- Aarhus Municipality, B0rn og Unge, (Client) wishes to acquire a new tool for working time planning at the Client's day and leisure facilities as a significant contribution to the continued digitization and streamlining of tasks in Children and Youth. The offered Solution must include the Ordering Party's day andleisure facilities, where there is currently no overall, effective solution to support the workflows around planning and administration of employees' working hours. A new digital planning solution must contribute to securing as many resources and known adults around the children as possible. Larger flflexibility and transparency in planning as well as an option to divide the working time into categories and pools must support the attractive workplace and form a framework for priorities in daily operations. At the same time, unnecessary workflows are to be made more efficient and minimized through, among other things, automationi.e. calculation of working time allowances, re-use of data from existing data sources and the greatest possible access for employees to make their own registrations. The solution is also expected to support the Ordering party's central (joint agreement concluded between the National Association of Municipalities (KL) and thecentral professional organizations in the area (BUPL, FOA)) and local (joint agreement concluded between the local professional organization and the Client) Working time agreements.
