Aarhus Municipality is offering the property in public tender, which consists of parts of matr. no. 7000L, 1a, 1d and 2148fo, Arhus Bygrunde, which is a building plot in the Sydhavnskvarteret (the "Property").
Conditions for the purchase of the Property appear in the conditional purchase agreement with associated annexes, which form part of thelead tender material. The winner of the tender has, according to the conditional purchase agreement, the right and obligation to purchase the Property and construct buildings on it in accordance with the requirements in the tender documents and the offer.
On the Property, a parking garage with 772 car parking spaces must be built by the buyer of the Propertydser, 200 bicycle parking spaces and between 230 m2 and 1,000 m2 potential zones that can be utilized for outward-facing functions such as cafes and restaurants, liberal arts, shops, service companies, cultural purposes or similar urban life-creating functions.
Buyer must after taking over the Propertydivide this into condominiums, so that car parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces are separated into a separate condominium, which the Purchaser of the Property after construction of the parking garage in accordance with the declaration - which is registered on the Property - must hand over to the owner of matr. no. 1o, Arhus Bygrunde modhis payment according to declaration. The owner of matr. no. 1o, Arhus Bygrunde, in accordance with the agreement with the other owners in the area, will thereafter manage the operation of the shared parking spaces.
