- The tender includes a contract regarding the acquisition, maintenance and support of a new meeting management and voting system and related equipment. System and equipment must be delivered and installed for use in the Folketingsalen and 11 other meeting rooms in the Folketing. In addition, a transport monkey must be deliveredlt system for external committee meetings.
The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation, cf. § 61 subsection of the Tender Act. 1, no. c, as the Contract due to special circumstances with regard to its nature, complexity or the legal and financial conditions or risks in connection therewith, including aneed to adapt the offers to the special circumstances of the Contract, cannot be awarded without prior negotiation.
