Description:
The tendered contract includes the purchase and delivery of meat, cold meats, poultry and fish to all of Region Central Jutland's hospital units/hospital units and institutions, including the regional centers. The contract is a framework agreement and the start of the contract is on 01.09.2024.
Sub-agreement 1 Fish
Includes the following product categorycategories: "Fish picking", "Fish mince", "Codfish", "Flatfish", "Salmon", "Mackerel" and "Trout". The product categories also include both conventional and organic goods as well as fresh and frozenelectronic and refrigerator goods.
The agreement is a framework agreement that can be used by all the Central Jutland region's hospital units/hospital units and institutions, including the regional hospitals.
Sub-agreement 2 Meat, cold meats and poultry
Includes the following product categories: "Chickens and hens", "Duck", "Turkey", "Pork", "Beefe-meat", "Young cattle and veal" and "Lamb".
The product categories include all products from the animal in question, regardless of possible cutting and processing, i.e. including whole and half animals as well as cold cuts within the respective product categories. The product categories also include both conventional andorganic goods as well as fresh, frozen and refrigerated goods.
The agreement is a framework agreement that can be used by all the Central Jutland region's hospital units/hospital units and institutions, including the regional centers.
