Rudersdal Municipality conducts laundry service tenders for citizens who have been inspected for this purpose in accordance with Section 83 of the Service Act. , that recipients of aid according to § 83 can choose between to or more suppliers of this help.
The ordering party will therefore award the framework agreement to two suppliers to ensure the citizens' free choice of supplier in accordance with the provisions of the Service Act. The two selected suppliers will be the two suppliers who have submitted the two most economically advantageous offers.
