- The internal audit is part of the internal control system established by DR's board of directors with a view to carrying out statutory financial audits of DR's accounts as well as performing other audit services, including IT audits etc. The internal audit reports to DR's board of directors on the audit carried outand is responsible for the overall internal audit effort. The internal audit is independent from DR and must ensure that this independence cannot be doubted.
