Description:
In the event that Finansiel Stabilitet takes over control of a distressed financial institution, Finansiel Stabilitet is obliged to arrange for a valuation of the institution to be carried out in accordance with Chapter III of the Act on the Restructuring and Liquidation of Certain Financial Businessesis. This tender includes the conclusion of framework agreements on the valuation of acquired financial institutions and the preparation of valuation reports. 5 framework agreements are offered. The 5 framework agreements consist of the following:
- Framework agreement 1: Solvency requirement DKK 0-999 million. DKK,
- Framework agreement 2: Solvency requirement 1,000-1,999 million DKK,
- Framework agreement 3: Solvency requirement DKK 2,000-2,999 million DKK,
- Framework agreement 4: Solvency requirement DKK 3,000-3,999 million and
- Framework agreement 5: Solvency requirement for DKK 4,000 million DKK,
The framework agreements do not apply to SIFI institutes or institutes domiciled in the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
