Description:
The purpose of the tender is to enter into a framework agreement regarding the purchase, delivery and maintenance of multifunction printers for the Ordering Party.
In addition to the purchase of multifunction printers on the framework agreement, the Ordering Party also wants, as standard, a service agreement which extends for up to 6 years from the timewhere the tenderer delivers the machine.
The framework agreement is for 4 years and is expected to enter into force on 15 December 2023 and expire on 14 December 2027. The framework agreement is irrevocable for the tenderer, but can be terminated by the Ordering Party with 6 months' notice.
The framework agreement is binding to use for the Municipality.
