Description:
The Ministry of Children and Education, the Agency for Education and Quality, Office for Samples, Examinations and Tests provides the task of printing, storing, packing and distributing sample material within the Ministry of Children and Education's area.
This includes the following areas of education:
• Primary school
• The upper secondary education
• General adult education
The offered assignment consists of:
1. Printing sample material on paper from material on electronic files
2. Storage and packaging of the sample material to be distributed to the individual educational institutions
3. Receiving orderson concrete test material from the individual educational institutions
4. Distribution of the ordered test material to the individual educational institutions
One of the principles when holding centrally set written tests in the area of the Ministry of Children and Education is that no one has knowledgeab to the content of the tests before the test is released on the test day. It is therefore of crucial importance that the sample material is kept secret during the entire production process. The supplier must ensure confidentiality during the entire process from receipt of files to delivery of sample material to schools and educationother institutions, as well as ensure that the content of the test material then remains confidential until the test day.
