Description:
The framework agreement includes environmental reports and other professional advice in connection with the Agency's environmental assessments of plans and programmes.
PLST will primarily use the Framework Agreement for use in environmental assessments of notices on the designation of energy parks. In addition, PLST can use the Framework Agreement for other purposesre plans and programs that PLST must assess environmentally, such as national plan directives and other orders.
The ordering party expects that 10-20 orders will be environmentally assessed in the last half of 2024. The first tasks under the Framework Agreement will therefore be initiated immediately after the Framework Agreement enterscontract at the beginning of June 2024. The contracting authority would therefore like the winning tenderers to have the opportunity to undertake tasks in June 2024.
In addition, reference is made to clause 4.2 of the Framework Agreement, which describes the scope of the Framework Agreement and clause 9 on the Consultant's services.
The framework agreement is expected to have an annualig estimated value of 3-6 million DKK in 2024, while an annual turnover of DKK 2-6 million is expected for the following years. However, the total purchase under the framework agreement cannot exceed DKK 35 million, which is the maximum value of the framework agreement. The expected annual consumption is an expression of an estimated value, as consumption dependsof how many plans and programs must be environmentally assessed, including the political decisions in this regard.
