Description:
In continuation of the broad political agreement on compensation for mink breeders and mink-related businesses affected by COVID-19 (S, V, RV, SF and LA), it has been decided that Finansiel Stabilitet will be responsible for handling the assets that the state takes over from the mink-related businesses. It is expected that Financial Stabilitywill take over assets from a total of approx. 270 mink-related businesses, the majority of which are expected to be located in Jutland. This is a broad portfolio of assets, including mink skins, mink cages, warehouses, vehicle and machine fleets, real estate and fixtures. The assets are taken over with a view to resale eor disposal/demolition. In cases where Finansiel Stabilitet takes over real estate from mink-related businesses, Finansiel Stabilitet may need assistance for the assessment and sale and/or letting of the properties. This tender concerns the conclusion of framework agreements for estate agency services in relation to the properties that Finansiel Stabilitet will take over from 15 February 2024. The framework agreement is divided into four sub-agreements (Framework Agreement 1 - Real estate brokerage services in Region North Jutland; Framework Agreement 2 - Real estate brokerage services in Region Central Denmark; Framework Agreement 3 - Real estate brokerage services in Region Southern Denmark;Framework agreement 4 - Estate agency services in Region Zealand and the capital).
