Description:
The Swedish Transport Agency is an agency with over 400 employees under the Ministry of Transport with tasks that are placed between the political level and the industry's companies. The Swedish Transport Agency is organized into two general departments (respectively Aviation and Rail, Planninge offices and staff functions. Each department has a broad and diverse task portfolio. The Board also includes the Mink Secretariat, the Taxation Secretariat and Bornholm Airport.
The purpose of this tender is to establish a framework agreement with 4 suppliers to support Trthe Danish Agency for Information Technology's activities in the IT area. On the framework agreement, the customer can purchase the main services, which are specified in more detail below, from all 4 suppliers. The main services must be delivered in relation to the customer's existing IT environment, but can also relate to systems which are either developed by the supplier underwith the agreement or is added to the customer's IT environment during the term of the framework agreement.
Of the technologies that the customer uses in the existing IT environment, mention can be made of Microsoft Access as user interface, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server as database systems, Microsoft Windows as operating system, C, WorkZone as a case management system. Reference is also made to the tender material for details on the Customer's IT environment.
