Description:
In continuation of the broad political agreement on compensation for mink breeders and mink-related businesses affected by COVID-19 (S, V, RV, SF and LA), it has been decided that Finansiel Stabilitet will be responsible for handling the assets that the state takes over from the mink-related businesses. FI the cases where Financial Stabilitytakes over real estate from mink-related businesses, Finansiel Stabilitet may need various facility management services on the acquired properties in order to keep the properties in salable condition. This tender concerns framework agreements for facility management services in relation to the assets whichFinansiel Stabilitet takes over from minkfoelgevervehrf from 15 February 2024. The framework agreement is divided into four sub-agreements (Framework agreement 1 - Facility management services in the North Jutland region; Framework agreement 2 - Facility management services in the Central Jutland region; Framework agreement 3 - Facility management services in Region Southern Denmark; Framework agreement 4 - Facility management services in Region Zealand and the capital). It is expected that Finansiel Stabilitet will take over assets from a total of approx. 270 mink related businesses, of which there are expected to be a total of approx. 175 properties. The majority will be located in Jutland. Facility monnagement on the acquired real estate may include internal and external maintenance of the property, e.g. cleaning, winter protection, snow removal/salting, window polishing, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, pruning of bushes and trees that can keep the property in salable condition.
