Description:
Skanderborg Vand wishes to offer a framework agreement on client consultancy and planning in connection with the implementation of a structural plan in the drinking water area. The structural plan includes, among other things, the construction of a new waterworks with associated clean water tanks, new transmission lines, new raw wateradditions and renovation of the existing height container Fuglsang. In principle, all technical consultancy services associated with the project can be purchased under the Agreement, as the Agreement is not exclusive or binding for Skanderborg Vand. Skanderborg Vand will thus purchase relevant consulting servicesshares from other advisers, and the client adviser is obliged to contribute constructively to the collaboration with these advisers. A mutual and involving collaboration is desired, and that the project employees work in the project office at the utility when it is deemed appropriate. Contractsn is provisionally estimated to have a value of DKK 5 million
