Description:
The tender relates to the Purchaser's purchase of daily banking services, including the execution of daily banking transactions and asset management. The requirements specification, cf. Contract Annex 2, contains a detailed description of the services offered, which are briefly described below:
1) Daily banking transactions includingall payment transactions, except those transactions which, according to the legislation, must take place via the region's SKB/OBS account in Danske Bank A/S, 2) Credit facility of DKK 1.8 billion. DKK, 3) Liquidity deposit of approx. 1.8 billion DKK, 4) Agreement for Repo business and 5) Capital management for an amount of approx. 0,5 billion DKK incl. agreement for Repo business.
Expected scope of services relating to the tendered contract appears in Contract Annexes 2, 3 and 4. The stated estimates and expected scope are only an expression of the Ordering Party's expectations for the consumption of the services covered by the tendered contract.
