The client expects to conduct two negotiation meetings with each tenderer.
The client provides a participation fee of DKK 70.000 excl. VAT to the tenderers who participate in the entire tendering process and submit a conditional offer, but are not awarded the contract.
In relation to the tendering order section I.3) it can be stated that access to the tender material is limited so that the framework agreement's annexes A.A - Veguidance for the solution description of the case is sent to the pre-qualified tenderers after signing a confidentiality agreement.
