Description:
Danske Spil A/S offers a contract for standard software in the form of a payroll system with an associated outsourced payroll administration function. The contract thus concerns both the salary system and the salary administration. The system must be implemented and in operation on 1 July 2023. The salary system must, in the same solution, kable to deal with several companies. The Danske Spil Group currently consists of Danske Spil A/S, Danske Lotteri Spil A/S, Danske Licens Spil A/S, Det Danske Klasselotteri A/S and Elite Gaming A/S (together the Danske Spil Group). The salary system must be and can be updated in accordance with applicable lawprovision in the area, as well as changes therein, including, but not limited to, the Holidays Act, the Accounting Act as well as relevant legislation in the tax area, for example requirements regarding registration of social security numbers for employees. Danske Spil A/S handles payroll/payment for all companies in the group. Danish gamesA/S is therefore the only contracting party and ordering party in this tender.
