C. Connection of users, i.e. public payers and private payment intermediaries
D. Current services
D.1. Operation as well as printing and sending of noticeselse
D.2. Support, including hypercare
D.3. Maintenance
E. Ordering services, including further development of the System, consultancy services, connection of new users and training
