Description:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a large organization that handles Denmark's foreign and security policy, European policy, development policy, trade, export and investment promotion and citizen service tasks related to Danes abroad. This means that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs communicates with many researchesdifferent target groups, i.a. citizens, companies and business partners at home and abroad. At the same time, communication is carried out on many different platforms, including through publications, events, websites, outdoor (e.g. gable banners), digital products and SoMe channels. The communication effort is current foranchored in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' communication units KOM (group communication).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers a framework agreement with 5 separate sub-agreements, which together must support the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' needs for communication, marketing and layout services.
The 5 sub-agreements concern the following areas:
1.Sub-agreement 1: Strategic communication, including communication campaigns
2.Sub-agreement 2: Analyzes of target groups
3.Sub-agreement 3: Ad hoc layout services and graphic design
4.Sub-agreement 4: Ad hoc production of video
5.Sub-agreement 5: Digital campaigns and digital marketing
The purpose of the tender is to includeframework agreement with one supplier per sub-agreement that can advise and carry out communication and marketing services for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in areas where different considerations must be taken care of.
