- In 2013, Realdania and the Landowners' Investeringsfond (hereafter jointly "the Clients") founded the Renovator Prize with the aim of recognizing renovation projects that help show the way to how best to solve the major societal task of updating the existing buildingsmasse in Denmark.
From the start, the ambition with the award has been to give renovation the visibility and recognition that the discipline deserves. By highlighting the many good renovation projects that exist around Denmark, it is hoped to inspire new and more renovation projects to comebenefiting the whole community.
The renovation award consists of a number of activities, which culminate each year with an awards party in September. The tendered contract covers the performance of these activities.
