Description:
The tender relates to a contract with a tenderer/contractor in connection with the redevelopment and renovation of several sub -areas at Odense Theater. The project is based on modernizing the theater focusing on the future.
There must be The following is performed:
• Renovation and renovation of audience areas
Sound Logs for new audience seats
• Establish new toilet conditions
• Renovation and renovation of existing toilet conditions
• Modernization of existing ventilation systems
• New load -bearing structures in stage tower and stage cellar
• New roof construction and elevator in the eastern part of the theater
• New exterior elevator lifts for level -free access
• Renovation and customization of fire engineering installations
The list is not exhaustive and the exact extent will appear that the tender material.
The construction task must follow AB 18, Appendix A with the additions and deviations there appear in the documents.
