Description: The Octet® RED96e system is a device for rapid labeling and liquid circulation-free real-time measurement of direct antibody-antigen interactions in a small volume of crude / unpurified sample material. The equipment is to be used for kinetic measurements of antibody-antigen interactions, titer determination, production monitoring, antibody quantification, clone selection in culture medium, phage binding studies, epitope binding and assay development. It must be possible to control the test temperature in the range 4oC to 40oC. Often the volume of the sample material is very limited and the samples can therefore be very valuable. Therefore, an instrument is used that uses the least possible sample material at the same time as the sample is neither modified nor diluted. Equipment must be able to analyze in 96-well plates. The equipment must be easy to operate at the same time as it requires only minimal maintenance. In addition, it is desired that both procurement, consumption and maintenance costs are low.
