Description:
The Social Administration in the City of Copenhagen intends to acquire an IT system that can support citizens in creating an overview of their daily activities, establishing regular routines and promoting active participation in their own lives. The system must also gather communication and planning in one overall Digital solution, which should contribute to a more coherent and effective effort. In this connection, the municipality has launched a market coverage in order to investigate the general price level of the market. The purpose of this is to enable the municipality better to assess how the contract can be acquired According to the rules of procurement law, including whether the contract will be covered by the Tendering Act section II (or any section IV or V).
