Description:
This tender is being carried out jointly by a number of municipalities that are members of KomUdbud. KomUdbud is a municipal procurement association consisting of Funen and Jutland municipalities. If necessary, see more at www.komudbud.dk. The municipalities participating in the tender are specified in the tender order section I.1 and ipoint 2.1 of the tender conditions. They are all to be regarded as contracting parties, and they will each enter into an independent framework agreement with the winning tenderer on the basis of the tender. Other municipalities that are members of KomUdbud, but which do not participate in this tender, will not be able to use the offeredframework agreement. The same applies to companies owned by municipalities that are members of KomUdbud, but which do not participate in this tender. Which units, departments and independent institutions, at the individual contracting parties, will be covered by the framework agreement, as well as the number of possible delivery addressesis, with the ordering party currently appears from Annex 1 Signature Annex.
