Description: Brabrand Housing Association (BBBO) provider in collaboration with the private player Nordland Invest II A ApS and Nordland Invest B II ApS (NI) One Total Trace Contract on construction works in connection with the design and construction of 105 general housing and 51 private homes, Parking shells (level -1), depot teams (level 0), incl. business land and associated outdoor areas.

The construction must be built on Tove Ditlevsen's street 70-72, 8240 Risskov, Gelparcel 11 and 111, cf. local plan 1054. Nine and Bbbo are both builders on the project and acts as independent builders / contracting parties that cannot commit each other. The winning tenderer includes one joint revenue contract with the builders, however, the project is financially divided into a general and a private part, which must be kept separate. It should be noted that nine are not subject to the procurement rules, but since the Offering includes a joint contract with BBBO, the Offering in accordance with the tender law.
