• Total consultancy for the modernization and expansion of Nexus children's and School & Youth homes Total consultant offer dealing with the modernization and capacity expansion of the children's and youth home Nexus located in Jægerspris, based on the vision of creating a children's and youth home which aesthetically and functionally provides a homely and safe experience for the children and young people who come to Nexus during a chaotic period of their lives. The children's and young people's home must at the same time fulfill the necessary safety requirements in the legislation and for the staff. The task is carried out with the Social Administration (SOF) as the orderer. Nexus is a children's and youth home for young people aged 14-18, with aftercare up to 23 years. Nexus has space for 14 young people, who are either housed in an open or partially closed space. The young are placed in accordance with the Children's Act § 43, subsection 1, no. 6, and subsection 3. The young people often have diagnostic difficulties, abuse and difficulty with affect regulation. Nexus has housing units, internal school and workshop in various buildings on the cadastre. The project is framed for the following tasks, which are expected to be carried out in as few stages as possible: 1. Remodeling of the medicine room (approx. 18m2) and crossing field (approx. 4m2) on the ground floor in building 10B and laundry room (approx. 11m2), technical room (approx. 17 m2) and drying room (approx. 12 m2) in the basement of the building 10B 2.
