Description:
The offering of Odin2 includes an agreement consisting of two (2) sub -contracts: the application contract and the operating contract. The application contract includes development, delivery, support and maintenance of a new Internet -facing reporting system to the Emergency Management Agency (ODIN2) and an IDP that supportsAccess management to the Emergency Management Agency's systems, as the current reporting system (ODIN) must be replaced. The operating contract includes the operation of Odin2. Both sub -contracts will be awarded the same bidders.
Development of Odin2 occurs by agile method in partial deliveries after the stipulated milestonesin the schedule of the application contract and is divided into four partial deliveries. The Day of takeover of partial delivery 1 and part delivery 2 and transition day for operations are scheduled for December 15, 2026 for the purpose of go-live by Odin2 on January 1, 2027.4.
Emergency Management Agency's new registration and reporting system ODIN2 (Online Data Registration and Reporting) must be used by the municipal rescue preparedness and the Emergency Management Agency to report information about their capabilities and emergency activities to the Emergency Management Agency. The purpose ofOdin2 is to generate a national overview of the capacity and efforts of rescue preparedness in Denmark. ODIN2 must support both the risk -based dimensioning of the rescue preparedness as well as providing input for learning in the operational actions in the emergency services.
