Description: In order to create space for the construction of the upcoming New Psychiatry Bispebjerg, stage 2, environmental remediation and demolition of 3 buildings and a smaller tunnel must be carried out. The assignment is offered as an overall main contract.
Buildings must be demolished in stages as follows:
Building 50 (training center):
- Building 50 consists of approx. 3,300 m2 ground floor and approx. 750 m2 basement.
- Building consists of a concrete base and a light steel, plate and glass building.
- Ground floor and basement must be environmentally rehabilitated and removed, ground decks with associated foundations must be removed.
- Ground up against the building is excavated and driven away.
Building 51 & 52 (emergency department, administration and patient rooms):
- Building 51 & 52 consists of approx. 6 300 m2 (concrete / concrete elements) spread over 5 floors and approx. 750 m2 basement (concrete) and approx. 1 300 m2 light buildings (concrete base / deck as well as steel, plates and glass) and approx. 150 m2 tunnel (concrete).
