- HOFOR is planning the construction of a new heating center (SMC). The plant must be erected at "Bar Mark" and requirements are made on the architectural expression of the new building. The building will be placed on the old coal site, north of the Swan Mill. The volume of the building is given in advance, as well as the overallDecor. The advisory tasks deal with technical advice and assistance in all phases, cf. HOFOR's project model "PPL - Professional Project Management". The counseling will be offered in expected 11 sub -agreements as shared advice with project responsibility, where there is partly "usual advice" and"Resource Peace", Depending on the Sub -Agreement.
