- The assignment includes total counseling in connection with the design and construction of a new daycare with capacity for 170 children. The institution must be erected on an undeveloped plot of approx. 4,900 m2 located in Glostrup Municipality. The expected total gross area for the construction is approx. 1,600 m2 distributed over two floors.
Glostrup Municipality hereby offers a total counseling agreement that includes the provision of consulting services for the entire project process-including architecture, engineering, and landscape counseling, design management, occupational health and safety coordination during design and execution, ICT management, construction management and Company supervision - as well as ensuring coordination between all the counseling disciplines involved in connection with the realization of a new daycare.
