Description: This offers total consultancy regarding. New construction of new day care center, Thrigesvej 51 in Haderslev.

The project relates to public building and the task is subject to the law applicable to such cases with associated circulars and guidance. On the ground as the day care is to be built, today a day-care institution is demolished by the developer, meanwhile, the current institution gene house is another place in the city. The plot is totaling 5,131 m2.

The new day-care institution must accommodate a total of 120 children and 34 employees, divided into 4 nursery groups, 3 nursery groups and 2 big children and conceivably built in two heaps with a total area of 1350m² gross.

The total contract price is approx. 16.5 million Excl. VAT, construction site / winter and unforeseen expenses for a daycare of 1,350 m2.
