Description: In 2018, FMI conducted an initial market research study on the acquisition of an MSDS Management System to replace FMI's current system "ChemiControl" (TED No. 2018 / S 103-234772).
Since the completion of the aforementioned preliminary market survey, FMI has prepared a draft contract and its annexes, which are expected to be published by the contract notice at the beginning of July 2020.
The tender documents will contain a number of minimum requirements. A minimum requirement is defined as a requirement that must be met / complied with unconditionally, as deviations from the requirement cannot be accepted.
The purpose of this supplemental market study is to identify whether potential bidders expect to be able to meet the minimum requirements that FMI plans to include in the tender documentation.
