Description:
The purpose of the tender is an agreement with a moving company. In connection with a facade renovation of Plus Bolig department 30, Tove Ditlevsens Vej, Aalborg, the tenants must for a period of approx. 6 months rehoused.
The ward consists of 198 homes. Current residents must be rehoused. The rehousing will for most of themthe residents take place internally in the department with a short moving distance. Moves can be made out of the department.
The construction period extends over approx. 2.5 years. The project is divided into 6 stages with approx. 33 homes in each stage. The relocation of the 1st and 2nd stages has started. A total of approx. 300 moversnger. As a rule, the individual tenants must take care of unpacking the contents of the apartments themselves. There will be physically/mentally weak residents who will need assistance with unpacking and unpacking their belongings.
The furniture that is not to be moved into the rehousing home must be stored by a moving companyaet during the period over which the relocation extends.
