Description:
This tender deals with the security contract in connection with the execution of the project "Modernisation of the Army's Personnel and Material Facilities (MHMM) phase II and III in 451 Oksb0llejren - building 107, 312 and 317".and crew facility (buildings 312 and 317). The buildings contain a standard garage on one floor. In connection with this, three floors have been established with teaching rooms, plastering room, kitchen, changing rooms, bathing facilities, storage and cleaning rooms, toilets and technical rooms. Each building is a total of approx. 3,400 m2.
The security contract also includes security for a newly constructed personnel facility (building 107). The building has three floors and contains a briefing room, cleaning room, changing room, bathing facilities, depot and cleaning room, toilets
and technical room. The building is approx. 1,500 m2.
In addition to securing the three nyobuilt buildings, the security contract also includes the installation of transmission equipment for fire alarm systems (excluding ABA) as well as management of perimeter security, including gates, gates, signal systems and TV surveillance.
The security contract will include AIA, ADK, TVO, ABV, intercom and mechanicalk security.
Since the security contract is started in connection with the final completion of the buildings, the security contractor must expect a minor coordination cooperation with the project's main contractor. The majority of the construction will, however, be completed at the time of the execution of the security contract....
