Opgavebeskrivelse: BACKGROUND:The Ministry of Foreign Affairs seeks to undertake a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the Danish Country Programme in Somalia 2019 - 2023. The Somalia Country Policy Paper 2018-2023 provides the overall strategic direction for the Country Programme. Interventions are within three thematic priority areas: Thematic programme 1: Strengthen resilient, responsive and inclusive governance and service delivery, and fundamental human rights. Thematic programme 2: Develop core economic institutions and strengthen inclusive private sector driven growth and economic development to diversify livelihoods. Thematic programme 3: Develop protection and safety nets for enhanced resilience, enabling durable solutions and reducing forced displacement. OBJECTIVE:The purpose of a midterm review (MTR) is quality assurance and to assist the Embassy consolidating and improving result performance. Focus is on major implementation-related issues, including changes in the context, and based on this, exploring alternative ways to meet or adapt accordingly.
