- Quotation are invited for Mid-Term Evaluation for Demac, the Diaspora Emergency Action & Coordination Initiative (Drc Hq). The Mid-Term Evaluation will Cover the Current Phase and the Work with Institutional Humanitarian Actors and Diaspora Organizations since June 2020. The Mid-Term Evaluation will Assess Progress against the Baseline, Verify the Original Objectives, Ascertain Progress towards Achieving the Different Outcomes, Highlight Any Critical Issues that Need to be Addressed, and Make Recommendations to Guide the Remaining Period of the Project. The Findings will Inform the Remaining Time of the Project, as Well as the Next Phase of the Project.
