Description:
Two sub-contracts are being offered for the delivery of lunch meals to schools in Egedal Municipality. Egedal Municipality is part of the Ministry of Children and Education's trial scheme with the delivery of lunch meals to selected primary schools. Egedal Municipality includes Stengardsskolen (out-school) and Veks0 School (in-school) in the experiment. For both schools, the experiment takes place without parental payment. Two flexible partial contracts are offered that allow for an adjustment in quantities during the term of the contract. More detailed terms in this regard can be found in the draft contract which is part of the tender material. The contracts comes into force on 1 January 2026 and the first delivery day is Monday 5 January 2026. The ordinary period of the contracts will then run for 3 years. The contracts contain an option for Egedal Municipality to extend a contract by up to 2 additional years. The client has prepared a forecast that shows where many people who are expected to be covered by the scheme from and including the current school year and up to and including the 2028/2029 school year. The forecast appears in the tender documents. It must be emphasized that this is a forecast, which is why the size of the contracts may vary over time. In the current school year is there are currently 183 people who are covered by the scheme. There are requirements for the food itself, but also for the associated services.
