Description:
At Havnegade 5 in Copenhagen lies Danmarks Nationalbank's iconic headquarters. It must undergo a larger and necessary restoration over a number of years. The building was designed by architect Arne Jacobsen and erected in the years 1965-1978, and in 2009 the building was preserved. All tasks in the project must therefore Solved in close dialogue with the Palace and Culture Agency, taking into account that the building is protected. Danmarks Nationalbank and the project's total advisor handles this dialogue.
Danmarks Nationalbank has divided the overall restoration project into three sub -projects, and each sub -project is expected to be offered in several contracts: DN300. Buoyancy protection (the building must be buoyancy and climate-proof); DN200. Exterior works (facades, roofs and gardens must be restored); and DN100. Internal works that include a thorough replacement of installations, PCB and asbestos remediation, fire safety and new interior, partly to complete, Carpenters, Carpenters, Floors, of which this offer is part.
DN100, of which this tender is part, is divided into the following contracts offered as separate contracting contracts, but where there is a correlation between them: E100.01 Ventilation, E100.02 VVS, E100.03 EL, E100.04 BMS, E100.11 Carpentry worker, E100.12 Carpentry Works, E100.13 Floor, E100.14 Masonry/Painter, E100.15 Logistics and Warehouse. During DN100 is also DN101 on advanced works, which are divided into E101.02 Demolition and environmental remediation and E101.11 Constructions Concrete and steel.
