- Redux - Waste and Recycling Kolding Municipality (hereinafter referred to as "contracting entity") wishes to implement an upcoming tender regarding Treatment and marketing of plastic, which includes hard plastic, hard PVC, plastic garden furniture and soft plastic received at the Five (5) recycling sites. In addition, there will be a quantityHard plastic that is collected via the contractor's environmental stations. The ambition of the market dialogue is to gather knowledge and input from a broad group of suppliers. It is a contractor's opinion that the target for supply can best be realized by allowing market dialogue. Contracting entity wants to holdOnline market dialogue meetings via Microsoft Teams on 22.04.2025, where there is registration according to the first-mill principle. Alternatively, interested market players are also very welcome to submit written feedback on the topics that the contracting entity wants market dialogue around. Participation inThe dialogue meeting is voluntary, just as participation will not have neither negative nor a positive impact on the suppliers' possible participation in the upcoming tenders. Processing and marketing of the contractor's plastic must as a minimum be considered as waste intended for recycling or in betteraccordance with Sections 12, 24 and 29 of the Waste Ordinance as well as the Environmental Protection Act, except for the part of the PVC waste, which cannot be defined as re-usable waste.
