Description:
The purpose of the market hearing is to gain insight into what the market can honor in relation to the requirements intended by the contracting authority, in the contract or intended evaluation in relation to the treatment method in an upcoming tender. Redux - Waste and Recycling Kolding Municipality (hereafter referred to as "contracting") wishesTo carry out an upcoming tender regarding Pick-up, treatment and sale of garden and park waste (hereafter referred to as "HPA"), which is received at the Five (5) recycling sites of the contract. The HPA collected must be treated by the Supplier as a minimum treated as waste intended for recycling or better in accordancewith section 12 of the Waste Ordinance and the Environmental Protection Act. The parts of the HPA collected that cannot be categorized as waste intended for recycling must at least be treated as waste intended for other recovery or better in accordance with section 12 of the Waste Ordinance andEnvironmental Protection Act. Input regarding Questions for formulations, actions and considerations that are intended to be used in an upcoming tender. It is noted that only parts of the material are selected to get input from the market as to whether the intended could be accepted in a tender andDuring an appointment period.
