Description:
Redux - Waste and Recycling Kolding Municipality (hereinafter referred to as "contracting entity") wishes to carry out an upcoming tendering in accordance with section V of the Tendering Act. Pick -up, processing and sale of tires that the contracting entity receives on contracting of the contracting. Five (5) recycling sites. The offer enclosureis carried out as a public purchase under the threshold without clear cross -border interest.
The ambition of the market dialogue is to gather knowledge and input from a broad group of suppliers. It is the contractor's opinion that the objective of the tendering can be best realized by givingPossibility of market dialogue.
The contracting entity wants to hold online market dialogue meetings via Microsoft Teams on 27.05.2025, where there is registration according to the first-come, first-served principle.
If suppliers are prevented from attending the dialogue meetings over teams on 27.05.2025, suppliers are welcome toComplete the basis of dialogue in writing with answers, input and/or considerations, which must be submitted by 02.06.2025, at. 10am.
Participation in the dialogue meeting is voluntary, just as participation will not have neither negative nor positive impact on the suppliers' possible participation in the upcomingofferings.
Contracting tires collected tires must be treated by the supplier as a minimum as waste intended for recycling or in better accordance with section 12 of the Waste Ordinance and the Environmental Protection Act.
