- Description:
- The National Police (contracting) prepares a supply of relocation services for the National Police and one or more police districts. As part of the preparation of an upcoming offering, the contracting entity wants to implement a market dialogue with relevant market players. The purpose of the market dialog is to give the contractor a largerInsight into how an upcoming tender and tender material can best be organized/designed.
For use in the market dialogue, the contracting entity has prepared a short questionnaire, which market players are encouraged to answer and submit as specified below. The questionnaire is available through the electronictendering system EU-Supply. Furthermore, the contracting entity intends to seek inspiration in the tender documents from the Administration and Services Agency's offer of relocation services. The contracting entity has attached the requirements specification, the tender list and an excerpt from the framework agreement on which market players are encouraged to comment.Comments can be inserted into the questionnaire, or directly into the documents. Answering the questionnaires and possibly Commented documents please sent by email to the address toe008@politi.dk or man127@politi.dk no later than 16.06.2025 cet at. 12.00.
On the basis of the received answers plan the contracting entityTo hold individual dialogue meetings with a representative committee of the market players who have submitted an answer. At the dialogue meetings, the actor's written answers will include: be discussed and elaborated further. The dialogue meetings will take place in Danish and are expected to be held in week 26 (2025).
